PAYMENT POLICY:

Please note that our payment policy is that all summer camps must be paid in full to hold reservations unless arranged on an individual basis with the owner/operator, katy@katymcdougal.com

REGISTRATION, FORMS, & WAIVERS:

Once registration is complete, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail with camp details. One week before camp, classes, and workshops, you will receive a reminder email with links to this Medical Form & Liability Waiver that needs to be filled out completely for each camper before their first meeting.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Summer Camps: Changes or Cancellations to registration for Summer 2025 must be made before April 1st, 2025 to receive a full reimbursement.

School Break Camps & Workshops: Cancellations in registrations for School Break Camps & Workshops must be made at least 6 weeks in advance to receive a full reimbursement. After 6 weeks, changes are allowed if space allows. Partial reimbursement is at the discretion of the YEW Center if the space is filled before class begins.
